For the sales office of the business-class developer "Sreda" on Paveletskaya Square, we implemented a large-scale phytodesign project that united live, artificial, and stabilized plants into a single natural ecosystem.
The core of the concept is the harmony between city and nature, reflecting the brand’s philosophy. In collaboration with the 211 architecture studio, our team meticulously planned every detail: from landscape compositions to the selection of materials and textures.
At the entrance, visitors are greeted by an impressive 11-meter reception desk, beneath whose frosted glass a mini-landscape of dried flowers, artificial plants, and natural stones has been created. These natural elements continue throughout the space, forming a cohesive atmosphere of naturalness.
On the staircase, a live green zone features aralia, araucaria, and pandanus—plants that evoke the sensation of a forest, complemented by wood chips and stabilized moss. In the amphitheater, compositions of artificial grasses and dried flowers echo natural grains.
In the lounge area, metallic planters hold striking mixes of Ficus nittida, aglaonema, and nolina. Behind the sofas are decorative lightboxes with artificial trees, moss, and grasses; the compositions are mirrored in the room’s corners and near the screens.
In the mockup zone and children’s space, the live greenery continues: dracaena, wall shelves with plant compositions, and stabilized flowers add lightness and dynamism. Even in the restrooms, the overall style is maintained—carefully assembled compositions of stabilized plants are placed there.
Every element was designed and implemented by our team with attention to natural lines and harmony of forms. The Paveletskaya project is an example of modern phytodesign, where every detail breathes a balance between urbanism and living nature.
